Let’s Go Back In Time
Jon Lord was born in June 9, 1941 in Leicester. His parents saw his talent for music and supported him all the way. He started playing piano at the age of 6, he particularly love classical music.
He moved to London in 1960 to pursue his dreams and enhance his talent for music. He was granted a scholarship at the Central School of Speech and Drama. He sustained himself by performing in pubs. His talent allowed him to see the inconsistencies of the school which made him put up London Drama Centre through the help of his teachers and friends.
The exposure with arts allowed him to meet people and develop his talent.
He became famous for his music and got the chance to do recording with the prominent artists at the time, he worked with The Kinks, John Mayall, Elton John and David Bowie.
Seeing New World Without Jon
His memories will stay with us. His music will continue to live on. Death will never fade what he means to us. Though he no longer plays music with us, we know that he is playing his music in heaven.
