1. Take regular breaks
Lots of men and women push through tasks when they’re feeling drained and have no energy. This is actually among the worst things you can do. Your performance depends upon how you feel and your surroundings. Based on your degree of concentration, the amount of time until you will need to have a break can vary. 1 recent study revealed that the most effective employees worked for 52 minutes and then took a break for 17 minutes. Whenever you decide to take a rest, look at moving around. You may try standing, stretching, or walking around to change your scenery.
2. Manage your stress

Taking days off can help improve your productivity and your general level of happiness. Stockpiling vacation days can be helpful if you’re planning for a long trip but if you do not have anything particular in mind, treat yourself to a day focused on the things you like. Your body and mind will thank you for the rest.
